3607180100 Homag Edge Feed Roller With Spikes 3-607-18-0100 Needle Roller

This roller is an edge feed roller with spike for Homag Brandt edgebanding machine, replacement Homag edge feed needle roller, part number 3-607-18-0100 or 3607180100.

These spiked rollers are used for solid wood edge banding and thick plastic edging material > approx. 3 mm.

For thinner edge material, there is a risk that the spikes of the pin roller engaging on the back of the sensitive edge material will push through to the visible surface.
For thin or sensitive edge materials one uses rubber rollers 3-607-18-0120.
